Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this regulation-
(a) “Act” means the Trade Union Act, 2049.
(b) "Certificate of Registration" shall mean the certificate issued by the Registrar to the trade union at the establishment level in accordance with this regulation and the term also refers to the certificate issued by the Registrar to the trade union association or trade union federation in accordance with this regulation.
